We are excited to announce that Dr. Eric Beam, who has been serving as the organization's Director of Special Education, will be our new Principal, replacing Dr. Kalim Rayburn who is no longer with our organization.  

Dr. Beam has many years of experience as a successful district and charter school administrator, including as a principal and assistant principal.  He has thorough knowledge of school operations, charter school laws, Special Education, instructional methodologies, and is a resident of Oceanside.  Dr. Beam is a licensed Educational Psychologist, and received his Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from UCLA.

Dr. Beam has also been a staunch supporter of Scholarship Prep since day one.  In fact, he spoke on our behalf at both the district and county level as we sought approval of our charter petition. 

We are grateful to Dr. Beam for taking on the important task of opening a brand new charter school with open arms, and we know our entire school community will be the beneficiaries of his many talents.
