Dean of Culture Ms. Chloè Leech was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, making her an avid Philly sports fan. She attended The University of South Carolina where she majored in Mathematics and quickly fell in love with the south. After completing her Masters at USC in Secondary Math Education, she began her teaching career in Charleston, South Carolina, working at a Title I high school. After eight years down south, Ms. Leech moved back to Philadelphia where she took a job teaching high school math for The School District of Philadelphia. It was during her time in Philly that she realized she wanted to become a principal, so she enrolled at Columbia University in New York City, where she received a Masters degree in Urban Leadership and Administration. With that degree under her belt, she transitioned into a leadership role for The School District of Philadelphia, serving 15 of the top performing high school and middle schools as their Professional Learning Specialist. In July of 2019, Ms. Leech made the move across the country to California to fulfill a lifelong dream of living on the West Coast. She immediately stepped in to her role as Dean of Culture at Scholarship Prep Oceanside and hasn't looked back since. Ms. Leech is thrilled to be part of such a strong team and looks forward to growing and learning with the Scholarship Prep community.

Attendance Clerk Mrs. McMaster joined Scholarship Prep in March 2020 as a Health Tech then, in July 2020, as the attendance clerk. Prior to Scholarship Prep, she worked as a Special Ed Teacher's Assistant and a tutor for the afterschool program at various schools for the Enterprise Elementary School District in Redding, CA for the past three years. However, that was not her first experience working in schools; she fell in love working with children when she volunteered at her son's high school in various classes. From there, she started working as a substitute Health Tech and a Bilingual Paraeducator in different schools for the Lake Elsinore Unified School District. She has made working in the educational field her priority as she feels she is most rewarded when working with young minds.
